Certified Medical Assistant ( REMOTE)

TrueEval Medical Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Telehealth Medical Assistant to support our growing team of providers. This role is fully remote and focuses on assisting with telehealth visits, patient coordination, scheduling, and electronic health record documentation.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated medical assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual healthcare environment and supporting providers with efficient patient care.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients to schedule telehealth visits

• Coordinate appointment scheduling and confirm upcoming visits

• Prepare and review patient charts prior to appointments

• Assist providers during telehealth visits when needed

• Enter and update patient information in the EHR system

• Follow up with providers regarding patient care, orders, or documentation

• Communicate with providers regarding their daily schedule and upcoming appointments

• Ensure charts are completed and locked promptly after visits

• Assist with patient follow-up communication as directed by providers

• Support providers with administrative and clinical workflow tasks

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant medical assisting experience

• Previous experience in telehealth or virtual healthcare preferred

• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and professionalism

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
