What You'll Do:

• You?ll assist with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, and mobility support.
• You?ll also monitor and report changes in condition, provide companionship, and offer respite care for family caregivers?all while following a care plan created by the clinical team.

Requirements:

• State-approved Hospice Aide/CNA training (75+ hrs), CPR certified, 18+
• Reliable transportation, valid driver?s license, comfortable with end-of-life care
