The Role:
We are seeking an experienced RN, NP, or PA injector to join our team as an Aesthetic Injector & Wellness Specialist. This is a commission-only, independent role with growth potential. You will have the opportunity to shape our injectables program, build your patient book, and deliver exceptional aesthetic and wellness outcomes in a boutique setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRF/PRP, and thread lifts with precision and artistry
• Perform microneedling, chemical peels, and dermaplaning
• Conduct thorough consultations, emphasizing safety, education, and natural results
• Provide BHRT, wellness injections, peptides, and GLP-1 monitoring
• Build your patient book and participate in social media content creation
• Deliver a luxury client experience, maintaining meticulous records and follow-ups

Qualifications:

• Licensed RN, NP, or PA in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on aesthetic injector experience
• Strong clinical precision, aesthetic eye, and patient communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a boutique, growth-focused practice
• Bonus: existing social media following or patient base

Compensation:

• Commission-only: 30–40% based on experience and patient following
• Generous allowance for services and retail products
• Bonus potential
