Pay Rate: $22–$24 per hour

Your Role as a CNA

As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents:

• Provide Personalized Care – Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals while promoting independence and dignity.
• Ensure Comfort & Safety – Observe and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
• Build Meaningful Connections – Foster trusting relationships with residents and their families.
• Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment – Support cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and common areas.
• Document & Communicate – Accurately record care and collaborate with the nursing team.
• Work as a Team – Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Promote Engagement – Encourage participation in activities that support overall well-being.
