Certified Oracle Fusion Procurement (Cloud) Expert

• At least 7 years’ experience providing functional and technical support for the Oracle Fusion Procurement (Cloud) modules as scoped above, including supporting enhancements, integrations and reports. The experience should demonstrate they have been able to: Monitor and resolve support tickets related to Oracle Procurement modules as scoped above and tickets related to procurement operations (PO issues, PR approvals, supplier records).
• Assist with purchase order creation, change orders, and matching issues with AP.
• Support supplier onboarding and data maintenance processes.
• Maintain and update approval workflows related to procurement transactions.
• Investigate and resolve approval workflow problems in procurement transactions.
• Perform FBDI uploads suppliers, items, and catalogue entries.
• Maintain and update lookups, flexfields, and descriptive labels as the internal team guides.
• Conduct regression testing for procurement modules during system patches.
• Provide support with procurement-related reports using OTBI or BI Publisher.
• Document ticket resolutions and contribute to the support knowledge base.
