Certified Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and package medications for distribution
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Perform data entry and maintain patient records
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology and pharmacy calculations
- Familiarity with medication administration routes (oral, injectable, inhalation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Requirements:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have completed a pharmacy technician training program or have equivalent experience
