Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage and oversee our financial operations, including bookkeeping, reporting, compliance, and financial strategy. This role will work closely with leadership and will eventually collaborate with external accounting firms as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly close processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Support tax preparation and coordinate with external accounting firms when needed
• Develop and improve internal accounting processes and controls
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and growth
• Prepare for future scaling, including integration with outside accounting partners

Requirements

• Active CPA license
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial compliance
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership
• Growth-oriented mindset with interest in scaling with a company

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
