Certified Swimming Pool Lifeguard & Pool Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Swimming Pool Technician cum Lifeguard to manage daily swimming pool operations while ensuring the safety and well-being of all users. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of pool maintenance along with certified lifeguarding skills.

Key Responsibilities: Lifeguard Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming pool activities to ensure guest safety at all times
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations
• Respond immediately to emergency situations, including water rescues, CPR, and first aid
• Conduct regular safety inspections of the pool area and rescue equipment
• Provide assistance and guidance to pool users when required

Swimming Pool Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of swimming pools
• Test and maintain water quality including chlorine, pH levels, and chemical balance
• Operate, inspect, and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and vacuum systems
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report technical or maintenance issues
• Ensure proper handling and storage of pool chemicals
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool and surrounding areas in compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Valid Lifeguard Certification (mandatory)
• CPR and First Aid Certification (required)
• Proven experience as a Swimming Pool Technician and/or Lifeguard
• Good knowledge of pool systems, chemicals, and safety procedures
• Physically fit and capable of handling emergency situations
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication skills and a responsible attitude

Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
