Swimming Pool Technician

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Swimming Pool Technician to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in swimming pool maintenance, water chemistry, filtration systems, pumps, and general pool operation. Certification in swimming pool maintenance or a related field is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of swimming pools, spas, and water features.
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and dosing systems.
• Test water quality regularly and adjust chemical levels to meet safety and hygiene standards.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to pumps, pipelines, valves, motors, and filtration systems.
• Perform tile repair, grouting, leakage fixing, and minor plumbing tasks when needed.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals and maintenance tools.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical usage, and equipment performance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot operational issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Swimming Pool Technician.
• Certification in swimming pool maintenance, water treatment, or a related field is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry, filtration systems, and pool equipment operation.
• Ability to diagnose and repair technical issues independently.
• Good understanding of safety standards for chemical handling.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
