About The Role
On behalf of our client, a global leader in market research and insights, we are looking for a CEX Senior Analyst to join their distinguished team in Jeddah.
Requirements

Experience with CX or CX platforms.

Assisting line manager in writing research proposal.

Designing and assisting in the development of questionnaire and plans to ensure that necessary data is captured as per the proposal.

Day-to-Day involvement in the projects, with emphasis on field launch phase. Resolve the day-to-day problems as they arise.

Review and improve questionnaire in English and verify Arabic translation of questionnaire.

Maintain the data privacy and data confidentiality that are applicable to the country and ensure field staff and interviewers are applying them.

Conducting in-depth data analysis using advances statistical software provided by the company

Preparing findings reports, finalizing as per feedback provided by manager and presentation of reports if required.

Any additional tasks that will be related to this job, including (but not limited), tracking of business within business unit.
Candidate Profile

2 years of experience in CX research with CX platforms and data tools; Medallia CX software a plus.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and Arabic, enabling effective communication and reporting in both languages.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
