Description and Requirements

Lenovo is looking for a Customer Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist!
Your Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor international transportation plans, focusing on urgent and special cargo shipments.
- Prepare and maintain manual reports to support business decision-making.
- Participate in online meetings across time zones with global partners and internal teams.
- Handle logistics documentation, including Certificates of Origin and export requirements.
- Coordinate with origin teams to ensure smooth shipment communication and execution.
- Manage Greenlight shipment processes for timely and compliant delivery.
- Provide ad-hoc support for route design, feasibility studies, and partner communications.
- Conduct spot rate checks to ensure cost accuracy and compliance.
Requirements/Experience:
- Bachelor degree of University
- Extensive experience in international logistics frontline operations.
- Preferably worked in a large global logistics company.
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills. (Chinese language is a plus.)
- Proficiency in office tools and systems (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
