We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and passionate CFM Level 3 Trainer to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis in Doha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective in-person training sessions for the Certified Financial Manager (CFM) Level 3 program.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
• Facilitate class discussions, case studies, and practical applications to enhance student understanding.
• Assess and monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends and certification standards relevant to financial management.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of the program.

Requirements:

• Certified in CFM Level 3 (or equivalent qualification).
• Proven experience in teaching or training in finance or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management, strategic financial planning, and decision-making.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to connect with adult learners and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Doha, Qatar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience delivering professional certification courses.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices.
