Job Description – HSE Trainer

Position: HSE Trainer
Location: Various project sites across Qatar
Reports To: HSE Manager / Training Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Deliver HSE training sessions and awareness programs to site personnel.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations in line with Ashghal and QCS standards.
• Conduct refresher and specialized training (e.g., working at height, confined space).
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments.
• Maintain training records and certification compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid “Train the Trainer” certification.
• Proven experience delivering HSE training programs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
