We are expanding our leadership team and looking for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can oversee financial operations for multiple clients while guiding internal strategic finance initiatives at Bpro Hub.

Position Overview:
The CFO will be responsible for leading the finance function for a portfolio of clients and providing strategic advisory, financial oversight, and policy development. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in financial management, and the ability to work with diverse industries.
This is a client-facing leadership role requiring excellent communication, professionalism, and a structured approach to managing multiple finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Advisory:

• Lead and manage full-cycle financial operations for assigned clients.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal controls.
• Provide board-level financial insights, performance dashboards, and KPIs.

Compliance & Controls:

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
• Implement internal control frameworks and risk-management processes.
• Supervise audit engagements and liaise with internal/external auditors.

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as strategic finance partner for CEOs and business owners.
• Present monthly/quarterly financial reviews and performance summaries.
• Build trust by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights.

Team Leadership:

• Guide finance teams working on client accounts.
• Train and mentor finance staff on best practices, controls, and reporting standards.
• Maintain high-quality delivery across all finance processes.

Technology & Automation:

• Work with cloud-based systems including Odoo, Xero, QuickBooks, Power BI, and Google Workspace.
• Support automation initiatives and digital transformation of finance functions.

Required Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Articles completed from a top-tier audit firm in Pakistan (Big 3 or equivalent).
• Strong command of IFRS, financial reporting, and corporate tax.
• Experience working with multiple clients or diversified industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo (major plus).
• Exposure to international clients (US, UK, UAE, KSA).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong grip on automation, data analysis, and financial modeling.
