Solution Advisory at Accenture. Our Solution Advisory team is a specialty service within Strategy & Consulting Global Network. We are topic specialists aligned to Accenture’s priority business offerings with expertise in how we go-to-market, building our value proposition, and positioning our win strategy to our clients. We are the sales lab that works with offering leadership, equipping them with relevant market insights, customized sales messages, and curated sales assets to originate, sell, and win. The topics we cover range from finance and supply chain to public sector. This role is to join the CFO&EV Finance team in Americas and will work closely with the CFO&EV Americas lead.
You are:
A capable manager that keeps your solution advisory team running like a well-oiled machine. You put in the effort to understand the nuances of the topic area even if you have not worked in it before. You are comfortable creating standard sales documents based on tried and tested templates and materials; you know when to seek direction from your Solution advisory lead in order to complete tasks you are responsible for. You support account/industry teams to narrow down prospects with guidance from CFO&EV team leads. You earn the respect of sales teams as managing directors get familiar with your voice and contribution on their pursuits.
The work:
You manage junior associates on your team and adjacent pursuit services teams (like graphics or editorial) ensuring proposals contain the right content and design. You conduct status meetings for routine proposals independently, providing teams with content needed to elevate their conversation deck or response and propose ways they can portray the information with greater clarity. For pursuits in a subtopic area that you are less familiar with, you work under the tutelage of the solution advisory lead and learn how to use and curate content.
When your solution advisory team gets enquiries for materials, you arm sales teams with the right assets and materials to help prepare for conversations and RFPs. With In every pursuit your team touches, you look for opportunities to industrialize the materials for ease of reuse the next time a similar topic shows up. You ensure the work we do is tracked in pursuit services systems and the team is accurately represented within Solution Advisory metrics. You craft messages for the sales assets the team publishes, building brand recognition and engagement with internal stakeholders.
