Role Purpose:

Lead and manage all operational aspects of a restaurant chain to drive sales growth, maximize profitability, and maintain brand leadership in a competitive market. Ensure excellence in service delivery, compliance, team development, and strategic execution across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive transaction growth and service excellence across the chain
  • Oversee franchisee audit follow-ups and action plans
  • Lead new initiatives to grow sales and improve EBITDA
  • Finalize and manage annual sales and cost budgets
  • Ensure food safety, quality standards, and maintenance compliance
  • Develop and mentor high-potential talent through bench planning

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Tourism or related field
  • Postgraduate studies in Business or FMCG (preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of F&B or hospitality operations experience
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; strong MS Office skills
  • Deep understanding of operational KPIs and brand standards
