Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and maintain a supplier database.
Assist in negotiating and finalizing contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct supplier evaluations, and implement improvement initiatives to optimize supplier relationships and mitigate risks.
Assist in analyzing procurement data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing reports for management review.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact procurement processes, and recommend adjustments to sourcing strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Relevant certifications or a master's degree is a plus.
Proven 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Solid understanding of procurement principles, best practices, and procedures.
Familiarity with sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation techniques.
