Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our HR Strategic Enablement team as a Associate Director, Change and Experience (C&E). In this role, will develop and implement strategies for cultural alignment and employee experience of large scale projects and acquired entities (AEs) by orchestrating change management tracking and execution. Collaborating with partners across HR M&A, HRBPs, and COE leads, this role supports broad HR initiatives that require guiding leaders and employees through successful integration and positive employee experiences. Managing a portfolio of large scale initiatives, the Associate Director aligns human experience with business strategy, proactively identifying customer needs. They create and manage change management plans for large scale initiatives, addressing various aspects like policies, culture, training, and leadership. Collaborating with the Org Effectiveness team, they turn data into actionable insights and clear, relevant recommendations. Additionally, they participate in and/or lead initiatives that benefit the overall organization. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, HR M&A, Strategy & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Design and implement C&E strategies (culture alignment, listening, change management) for medium-large strategic initiatives, balancing consistency with flexibility for each. Ability to manage multiple projects within the same timeframe, and pivot effectively from an established plan as business and people needs change.
  • Human-centered Design: Understand the initiative and/or integration journey for employees and leaders, highlighting common themes and unique needs to improve experiences. Create experiences (facilitation, listening sessions, etc.) that are fully relevant to the needs of the target audience and business.
  • Collaboration: Promote cross-functional teamwork and provide strategic consultation and tactical support using culture and change management frameworks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to continuously improve capability and strategic enablement processes.

  • Deliver rapidly changing strategies, approaches, products, and services under high uncertainty and ambiguity, as strategies evolve and unexpected needs arise
  • Build acumen of segments, markets, and workforces; ability to influence leaders at a senior level

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of professional work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience developing strategies to improve employee and/or leader experiences.
  • 2+ years of leading change for large projects.
  • Proven success in:
    • Developing People strategies relevant to business strategies and needs.
    • Using data and insights to drive action.
    • Building cross-functional collaboration.
    • Integrating and driving adoption of new methodologies.
    • Creating and executing change management plans.
    • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including executives and employees.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • People leadership experience
    • Change Management Certification
