Job Summary
Responsible for shaping and promoting the adoption of organizational change strategies. This includes providing support and resources to help employees adapt to changes more readily. In addition to actively monitor and address any resistance to change among employees within organizations in order to improve the overall outcomes of change initiatives.

Coaching and training employees in the right skills to adopt new organizational
changes

Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key
communications

Defining and setting KPIs such as change rejection rate, employee satisfaction,
time-to-adoption and adoption rate

Assessing the impact of any change management strategies they put in place

Identifying and mitigating risks within change approaches

Supporting the effective communication of change strategies

Keeping track of industry trends and helping businesses adapt to them

Prioritize change requests, assess their impact, and accept or reject changes

Document change management processes and change plans.

Work with project managers to ensure smooth operations, continuously monitor
progress and make necessary adjustments

Skills And Qualifications

A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
