Change Management Consultant

Join a strategic transformation programme driving modernisation across public and enterprise systems in the UAE. As Change Management Consultant , you’ll lead organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies for complex system rollouts.

The Role

You’ll work closely with leadership, communications, and training teams to design and execute change strategies that help departments transition seamlessly from legacy systems to new digital environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and deliver structured change management strategies and roadmaps.

• Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness analyses.

• Design and implement communication and engagement plans.

• Coordinate with training and communications teams for aligned messaging.

• Track adoption KPIs and feedback to refine change activities.

• Coach leaders, support end users, and manage resistance to change.

• Produce detailed change documentation and success metrics.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 4+ years of experience in organisational change or enterprise transformation.

• Familiarity with methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter.

• Proven experience supporting ERP or government digital rollouts.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into action plans.

• Certification in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP) is advantageous.
