• Develop Change Management and Communication Plan:
  
• Deliver a detailed change impact analysis across all teams involved (including granular details like shifts needed, potential concerns, risks & mitigation suggestions)
  
• Prepare a Schedule / Network covering all the Change Management Activities required
  
• Engagement Material & Format:
  Assess the apt engagement format to make the communication effective to every stakeholder involved
  
• Prepare appropriate communication material, script for managers to use
  
• Cover Training Requirements both functional and Inter-Personal needs as may arise
  
• Effective Implementation of Change and Communication Plan:
  Deliver the end to end Change Management Pack On-Time In full with world class quality to support the successful implementation of the project
