Position Accountability Description
Change Management Strategy and Planning

Conduct a comprehensive change readiness assessment across various levels of the airport organization to gauge preparedness, identify potential areas of resistance, and develop mitigation strategies.

Develop a robust change management plan that aligns with the airport’s overall transformation goals and strategic objectives, ensuring all stakeholders are on board and understand their roles.

Establish and implement detailed change management activities that address strategies, organizational structure, processes, and technologies, including tailored coaching and mentoring initiatives for different departments.

Leverage best practices in change management shared by Matarat, incorporating their approach, methodology, frameworks, guidelines, messages, and tools into the airport’s change management processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Develop a detailed change management and communication roadmap to guide the organization through the transformation process, outlining key milestones, timelines, and responsibilities.
Communication and Engagement

Ensure effective communication and engagement channels are in place to cascade the case for change throughout the airport organization, facilitating a smooth transition and fostering employee buy-in.

Craft targeted messages from key stakeholders to enhance motivation among employees, address any resistance to change, and highlight the benefits of the transformation for the organization and its staff.

Foster a culture of transparency and open communication to enable effective leadership, build trust within the organization, and ensure that employees are well-informed and feel valued.

Design and manage a Transformation’s communication approach through various channels, including internal emails, workshops, and meetings, to ensure all employees are aligned with the corporate strategy objectives.

Plan and manage organization-wide events and activities to celebrate and recognize achievements and successes of the strategy execution.
Employee Development and Support

Upskill employees, embed new behaviors, and solidify their commitment to the change process through targeted training and development programs, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt.

Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to help them navigate and adapt to organizational changes, including access to coaching, mentoring, and peer support networks.

Minimum Job Requirements
Education Background
Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration or equivalent
