Officer - Change Management

Job Description

As a front-line change function, the role directly engages employees, facilitates awareness and engagement sessions, gathers feedback, and supports smooth transitions during periods of change. It works closely with project teams and stakeholders to identify risks, address resistance, and ensure effective change adoption by making change clear, practical, and manageable for end users.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of change management initiatives aligned with malomatia’s strategic objectives and transformation roadmap.
  • Execute structured change management activities and provide hands-on support for organizational change initiatives.
  • Support the tactical implementation of change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication delivery, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
  • Assist in developing and executing change management plans, including impact assessments, readiness activities, and mitigation actions.
  • Support day-to-day change management activities across multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
  • Directly engage with employees impacted by change initiatives and act as a front-line support function during periods of change.
  • Facilitate awareness and engagement sessions to support understanding of change objectives, impacts, and required actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and transformation teams to ensure change activities are integrated into project plans and execution.
  • Assist in identifying change-related risks and issues and support implementation of mitigation actions to minimize disruption and resistance.
  • Support the definition, tracking, and monitoring of KPIs for change and transformation initiatives and collect performance and feedback data.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to update senior management on progress, risks, and outcomes of transformation initiatives.
  • Track and manage change management deliverables including timelines, dependencies, and completion status.
  • Support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of change management policies, ways of working, and standard operating procedures related to tactical change management initiatives.
  • Support governance and compliance with malomatia’s strategic policies, procedures, and standards across all change initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, enhancing change management tools and processes, coordinating with HR, IT, PMO.
  • Carry out all other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager - Change & Transformation to support the organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Desired Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource or any other related field from a recognized university.

Language Requirement: English, Arabic (preferred)

Desired Experience: Minimum experience of 3-5 years in a relevant field

Job Specific Skills

  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with project management tools
  • Experience supporting change management, digital transformation, or and process improvement initiatives.
