Channel Account Manager – Cybersecurity


Our client who is a leading VAD looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Channel Account Manager to lead and expand our cybersecurity portfolio. This role goes beyond product sales — it’s about building ecosystems, empowering partners, and ensuring our cybersecurity solutions are top of mind when real opportunities arise.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key Resellers, System Integrators, and cybersecurity partners across the UAE.
  • Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with each technology’s strengths.
  • Drive partner enablement, training sessions, and pipeline development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with vendor teams to align on regional priorities, goals, and incentive structures.
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and deliver accurate forecasts during QBRs.


What You Bring


  • 3+ years of experience in a channel-facing role, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Hands-on exposure or in-depth knowledge of at least two cybersecurity technologies.
  • A strong partner network across the UAE market.
  • Proven ability to conduct enablement sessions, pitch to senior executives, and manage conflicts effectively.
  • A balance of commercial acumen, technical curiosity, and a proactive approach.
