About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Channel Manager to drive sales growth, manage key retail partners, and strengthen our wholesale channel performance across the UAE market. The ideal candidate has strong experience in IT or mobile accessories, excellent analytical abilities, and proven success managing retail and distributor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned retail partners (Top 10 IR customers).
  • Develop and implement channel-specific business plans to drive sales in wholesale channels.
  • Monitor category and product performance and take corrective action to close performance gaps.

2. Channel Partner Management

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributor sales teams.
  • Prepare sales activity reports (monthly and quarterly) and manage promotional planning.
  • Conduct business reviews with sales teams to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies, pricing structure, and merchandising standards.

3. Retail Execution & Visibility

  • Ensure in-store excellence through planogram compliance, display standards, and POSM deployment.
  • Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams for campaign execution.
  • Conduct periodic retail audits to evaluate visibility, stock levels, and brand presence.
  • Manage promoter performance and ensure proper staffing during key periods and campaigns.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Analyze brand performance using 4P theory (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
  • Lead PSI (Purchase–Sales–Inventory) management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and channel movements.
  • Develop competitive strategies to increase market share in key IR channels and top-performing retail shops.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or Mobile Accessories in roles such as Area Manager or Channel Supervisor.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Natural leadership abilities with the capacity to support and elevate team performance.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer behavior, product, sales, and marketing strategy.
  • Creative yet logical thinker with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
