Ensure the growth of market share, volume and meaning of each product category within the sales channel for which the manager is in charge.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participates in the development of a strategy and marketing annual plan within its sales channel, communicates with the Sales Department and customers, and supervises the implementation of the plans.

Recommends and adapts marketing activities according to specific regions/customers.

During the development of marketing actions, coordinate and harmonizes input data with other marketing departments, sales departments, and other relevant parties.

They are responsible for managing (development, volume planning, and procurement) marketing equipment and impressive activation for their sales channel, through collaboration with the sales team and the category teams.

Produces reports on the excellence of marketing activities for the appropriate sales channel including promotional ratings.

Recommends, develops and implements certain marketing activities that are not covered by the annual sales channel plan, but are in line with the specific needs of customers and the region.

Ensures the development and implementation of all marketing activities and equipment at an optimal price, in accordance with the company's procedures and image of success by ensuring the growth of a particular sales channel.

Visits customers, presents marketing activities, improves customer relationships as a means of improving the sale of our products, and conducts marketing activities more effectively.
ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

University Degree in business or other discipline (e.g., mathematics, economics) that requires extensive quantitative knowledge.

+10 years of professional experience in marketing consumer goods (commercial marketing, key customer area or operational sales)

Proactivity and ability to achieve results within set time frames.

Results orientation, previous experience in working on important projects.
