    YOUR IMPACT

    As a Digital Content Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how McKinsey connects with its audiences—clients, firm members, and alumni—through innovative and impactful digital content. Your work will directly contribute to building awareness of McKinsey’s capabilities, knowledge, and assets, while driving engagement across multiple platforms.

    You will bring ideas to life by developing and producing engaging short-form content, including videos, TikTok-style content, GIFs, and graphics tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and emerging platforms. By leveraging the latest AI-driven tools and technologies, you will enhance creativity and storytelling impact, ensuring that McKinsey’s messaging resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with the firm’s brand voice and objectives.

    Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns that align with strategic objectives. You will also measure content performance across platforms, providing actionable insights to continuously refine creative strategies. Your ability to stay ahead of digital media trends and platform updates will ensure that McKinsey’s content remains fresh, innovative, and impactful.

    Through your contributions, you will help protect McKinsey’s reputation, punctuate its expertise, and bring campaigns to life in relevant ways across channels, platforms, and stakeholders. By aligning with clear project briefs and leveraging insights, you will ensure that communications efforts are strategically focused and deliver measurable impact.

    In this role, you will create clear, structured, and engaging written communications products (e.g., memos, emails, strategic marketing briefs, blogs, talking points/scripts, Q&A) that rigorously follow conventions of written English. You will also drive development and execution of communications for reports, storytelling (e.g., social posts, case studies), and events (e.g., forums, webinars, roundtables).

    You will conduct strategic assessments (e.g., competitor insights, event speaker research) to support execution and prioritization of communication campaigns and events and you will be responsible of ensuring consistent branding (i.e., firm's signature voice, visuals, and narrative) across communications platforms and channels in support of relevant brand pivots.

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • 5+ years of professional experience in digital content production, social media, or creative digital marketing.
    • Proven ability to produce compelling short-form content (video, GIFs, motion graphics, etc.) for social and digital channels.
    • Strong storytelling skills with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and audience engagement.
    • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and storytelling enhancement.
    • Knowledge of social media best practices across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
    • Experience developing, executing, and measuring integrated campaigns.
    • Proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent).
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
