Healthcare Brand & Product Development Manager (Remote – Egypt)

We’re looking for a creative and strategic marketer who can build a healthcare brand from scratch — from idea to launch.
You’ll be working directly with the founder on developing and launching a full product line across:

• Medicinal cosmetics
• Personal care products
• Medical devices

What You’ll Do

• Build the brand identity, positioning, and tone of voice.
• Conduct market research and identify trends in healthcare & beauty.
• Develop product concepts, packaging, and naming.
• Create and manage marketing plans and launch strategies.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and production partners.

Requirements

• Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Cosmeceutical marketing.
• Proven record in brand building and product development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Based in Egypt, able to work remotely (with potential to move to Dubai later).
