Job Title: Channel Partner Manager – Developer (Brokerage Relations)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Partner Manager to build and manage strong relationships with brokerage firms on behalf of the developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance through broker networks, ensuring brokers are well-equipped with project knowledge, tools, and ongoing support to maximize sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and real estate agents.
• Share accurate project details, pricing updates, marketing materials, and sales tools with channel partners.
• Conduct product training sessions and project presentations for brokers.
• Drive sales targets through brokerage channels and monitor partner performance.
• Organize broker events, roadshows, site visits, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions and timely support.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and broker insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, developer sales, or brokerage relationship management (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the regional real estate brokerage network.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships and achieve sales targets.
