Channel Partner Manager (Developer – Brokerage Relations)

Position Summary:

The Channel Partner Manager manages and grows relationships between the developer and brokerage firms, ensuring brokers are enabled and motivated to sell properties.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage strong relationships with brokerage firms.
- Provide project information, pricing, and sales tools.
- Deliver training and presentations to brokers.
- Drive sales performance through brokerage channels.
- Organize broker events, roadshows, and engagement programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Report market insights and competitor feedback.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
- 3–5 years' experience in real estate or brokerage relations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of regional real estate brokerage ecosystems.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
