About the Role

ScaleUp Connect is hiring a Channel Sales Executive for a client specializing in solar products. This role will focus on driving sales through EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and installer channels, enhancing channel partner relationships, and supporting the growth of the solar product portfolio within assigned territories. The Channel Sales Executive will also play a key role in expanding the channel network and meeting territory sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Sales Management: Drive sales of solar products through EPCs and installer partners within the assigned territories (Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot).
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC clients, installers, and channel partners to drive market development and sales growth.
  • Sales Execution & Reporting: Track sales performance (SI, SO & ST) and submit weekly sales reports to management. Monitor channel sales activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new installer partners to expand the channel network and drive product penetration in the market.
  • Coordination: Work closely with logistics, distributors, and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
  • CRM Management: Maintain CRM entries, update pipeline tracking, and keep accurate account documentation for all channel partners.
  • Target Achievement: Support and contribute to achieving sales targets and overall revenue growth in the assigned region.

Mandatory Skills

  • Field Sales Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the solar energy or EPC industry.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • CRM & Reporting: Experience using CRM platforms and proficiency in sales reporting.
  • Channel Partner Management: Ability to manage relationships with channel partners and drive growth through strategic alliances.
  • Self-Discipline: Strong follow-up discipline with a client-first approach.

Tools & Software

  • CRM platforms (basic proficiency)
  • MS Excel & reporting tools
  • WhatsApp and field communication tools

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Experience

  • 1–3 years of relevant field experience in sales or channel management.
  • Exposure to the solar or EPC industry is preferred.
