We’re looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to drive business growth across the UAE’s Independent Retail (IR) and reseller markets. The role involves leading a motivated sales team, developing strong channel partnerships, and delivering consistent revenue growth for global IT brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop new channel partners while managing existing accounts.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand business reach.
  • Ensure smooth pre- and post-sales support and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of sales experience in PC monitors or Networking brands (Samsung, MSI, TP-Link, D-Link, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE channel market (Bur Dubai & Deira preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
