Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow both retail and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate has strong experience in modern trade, key retail accounts, and online sales platforms, with the ability to drive channel performance, visibility, and profitability.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute channel sales strategies for retail and e-commerce platforms

Manage relationships with key retail partners and leading e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online)

Achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets across all assigned channels

Plan and execute promotions, listings, and pricing strategies to maximize sales performance

Negotiate trade terms, marketing investments, and visibility agreements with retailers and online platforms

Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to optimize product listings, campaigns, and digital content

Monitor product availability, stock levels, and fulfillment performance across online and offline channels

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Lead product launches and online activation campaigns with measurable ROI

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

5 - 8 years of experience in channel or key account management within FMCG or consumer goods, with proven e-commerce sales experience

Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC retail and e-commerce ecosystems

Proven track record of managing both modern trade and online channels

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

Analytical mindset with experience using sales dashboards and digital analytics tools

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and e-commerce dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Noon Partners Hub)
