Job Responsibilities

Key Account Management
-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, gaining deep insight into their business needs and strategic direction.

Conduct regular visits and communication to capture changing requirements and provide professional advice.

Tailored Solution Development
-
Design customized product and service solutions based on clients' MRO needs, ensuring operational and procurement objectives are met.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end services, from demand analysis and product recommendation to after-sales support.

Sales & Performance Achievement

Develop and execute key account sales strategies and business growth plans to achieve sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer insights to expand the company’s MRO market share.

Team Leadership & Development
-
Train and coach key account team members to enhance their business capabilities and service professionalism.

Establish efficient customer service processes and optimize team collaboration for high-quality service delivery.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis
-
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting account strategies to strengthen the company’s competitive edge.

Participate in formulating and optimizing key account policies, providing actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.

Minimum
5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or industrial product sales
; MRO industry experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently address customer needs and adapt to market changes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English;
proficiency in Malay is preferred
.

Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration; results-driven and resilient under pressure.
