Job Responsibilities

  1. Key Account Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, gaining deep insight into their business needs and strategic direction.
  • Conduct regular visits and communication to capture changing requirements and provide professional advice.
  1. Tailored Solution Development
  • Design customized product and service solutions based on clients' MRO needs, ensuring operational and procurement objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end services, from demand analysis and product recommendation to after-sales support.
  1. Sales & Performance Achievement
  • Develop and execute key account sales strategies and business growth plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer insights to expand the company’s MRO market share.
  1. Team Leadership & Development
  • Train and coach key account team members to enhance their business capabilities and service professionalism.
  • Establish efficient customer service processes and optimize team collaboration for high-quality service delivery.
  1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting account strategies to strengthen the company’s competitive edge.
  • Participate in formulating and optimizing key account policies, providing actionable recommendations.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or industrial product sales ; MRO industry experience is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently address customer needs and adapt to market changes.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English; proficiency in Malay is preferred .
  5. Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration; results-driven and resilient under pressure.
