Charge Hand- Construction

We are seeking an experienced Construction Chargehand with a strong background in high-rise buildings and villa projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of skilled and unskilled workers on-site, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of workers on construction sites, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate work activities with site engineers and foremen to meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site rules.
• Monitor the use of tools, materials, and machinery.
• Report progress, issues, and material requirements to supervisors/engineers.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Support quality control and inspection processes.
• Assist in the installation and construction of structural components for high-rises and villas.
• Guide and train new or junior workers as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Chargehand in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience working on high-rise buildings and villas.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
