Team Lead or Nurse Unit Manager
The Charge Nurse 1 supports operational excellence by ensuring effective execution of charge nursing processes .- which includes but is not limited to being accountable for enhancing workflows, patient safety measures, and team collaboration; providing mentorship and advanced problem.-solving .- in order to bridge complex clinical and operational challenges.
- Support the development and execution of midlevel strategic nursing initiatives

Contribute to key organizational projects
- Participate in developing metrics and reporting on nursing outcomes
- Supervise team performance and mentor staff members
- Address escalated issues and oversee patient care
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and hospital regulations
- Implement operational improvements in resource utilization and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient care outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
Current licensure as a professional registered nurse specialist. Certification in clinical specialty preferred.
Minimum 6 years of applicable experience
