Chargeback Dispute Specialist

Location: Block J, North Nazimabad, Karachi
Shift: Night (09:00 pm - 06:00 am, Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end chargeback dispute process, including investigation, analysis, and resolution.
• Conduct detailed reviews of transaction records and documentation, identifying the root causes of chargebacks and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce chargeback losses, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen risk mitigation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to address customer inquiries and disputes effectively.
• Monitor chargeback trends, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of QA technical experience, preferably in a software house.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficiency in productivity tools for documentation and reporting.
