Key Responsibilities

Financial Control & Management

• Maintain complete control over financial accounting, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for management review.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements – GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.
• Coordinate and manage internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance areas, and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with statutory auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.
• Maintain documentation for audit trails and ensure timely audit closure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
