Experience: 8–10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall accounting, finance, and compliance functions of the organization.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Lead internal audits and coordinate with statutory auditors.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury management.
- Develop financial policies, systems, and processes for efficiency and control.
- Provide strategic financial advice to management for decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts/finance team.
- Handle mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and other strategic financial projects (if applicable).
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external consultants.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in accounts, taxation, and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of direct & indirect taxation, corporate laws, and accounting standards.
- Experience in managing audits and compliances.
