Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for business operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely closure.
• Conduct financial modeling, variance analysis, and risk assessments to support business decisions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for cost optimization and profitability.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance (automobile/manufacturing sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel and other financial tools.
