Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including finalization of accounts, balance sheet, and P&L.
- Handle taxation matters such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, MIS, and forecasts for management.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
- Experience in logistics or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
