About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to oversee and manage the financial operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial reporting, project accounting, taxation, and compliance specific to the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate projects.
• Manage project-wise accounting, revenue recognition, and cost tracking.
• Ensure timely preparation and finalization of financial statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
• Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits in compliance with applicable laws.
• Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance under RERA, Companies Act, and other relevant authorities.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and auditors for funding, compliance, and reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management.
• Implement effective internal controls and ensure process improvements in accounting systems.
• Provide strategic financial insights to management for business decisions and project feasibility.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of real estate accounting, taxation, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
