About Us

Honey Makhija Rice Pvt. Ltd. is a leading player in the rice industry, with a strong focus on non-basmati rice and a growing export division. The company operates several subsidiaries, including Shri Mumma Food Industries, and is committed to scaling its operations globally. We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and optimize the financial health of the organization and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Management

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director and Board of Directors on financial planning, forecasting, and investments.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure long-term stability.

Financial Operations and Compliance

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including tax filings, GST, and audits.
• Develop and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.

Subsidiary Management

• Manage the financial performance and reporting of subsidiaries, including Shri Mumma Food Industries.
• Coordinate with subsidiary leadership to align financial goals and streamline operations.

Fundraising and Capital Management

• Explore and secure funding options, including loans, investments, and other financial instruments, to support expansion plans.
• Optimize working capital and manage cash flow efficiently across the organization.

Process Optimization and Automation

• Implement financial systems and technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Streamline processes for cost reduction and operational effectiveness.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the finance team across the parent company and subsidiaries.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance function.

Key Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• An MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing finances for a medium-to-large organization.
• Experience in export-oriented businesses, manufacturing, or agriculture-related industries is preferred.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and corporate compliance in India.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
