We’re transforming healthcare through innovation, efficiency, and transparency. As part of our growth journey, we are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to strengthen our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of compliance and accounting principles to help us scale responsibly and strategically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Accounting & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards ( IFRS) and internal policies.
  • Audit & Compliance
  • Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
  • Ensure timely filing of corporate tax, VAT, and other statutory returns.
  • Maintain robust internal control systems and ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Monitor cash flow and provide insights for cost optimization.
  • Taxation & Regulatory
  • Manage direct and indirect tax matters, assessments, and reconciliations.
  • Stay updated on changing tax laws and advise management on compliance implications.
  • Strategic Financial Support
  • Support management with MIS reports, financial dashboards, and analysis.
  • Assist in decision-making related to investments, cost control, and expansion plans.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: 2–5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting tools such as Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Oracle NetSuite.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial analysis, and MIS reporting.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or service industries.
  • Familiarity with financial automation tools, Power BI, or ERP systems.
  • Exposure to fund management or due diligence processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
