Job Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on property options based on their requirements and budget.
  • Assist clients in finding, buying, selling, and leasing properties.
  • Offer market insights and stay updated on the latest real estate trends, particularly in Dubai.
  • Conduct property viewings and follow-up with leads to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both property owners and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring all legal and financial processes are followed.
  • Achieve sales and leasing targets set by the company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the property buying or renting process.
  • Manage property listings, including updates on relevant platforms and marketing materials.
  • Maintain a strong network within the real estate community.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, with more than 3 years of total real estate experience.
  • Skills: Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property regulations, and trends.
  • Personal Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a passion for real estate and customer service.
  • Languages: Fluent in English or Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
