We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our Marketing and Sales team in Istanbul (Ataşehir) office.

We are looking for a Chartering Broker to join our logistics team in Istanbul (Ataşehir) office.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Maritime Business Administration, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Logistics departments of universities
• Strong follow-up, planning, organization, and communication skills; team-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced levels of English
• Advanced levels of MS Office programs,
• Basic knowledge of vessel chartering is a plus

Job Description

• Within the scope of the procurement procedure, carry out all operational activities from start to finish, including vessel chartering for domestic and international sea transport services, preparing recaps and/or charter parties, planning vessel arrivals and departures at loading ports, monitoring execution, tracking and reporting ETA information, calculating laytime and demurrage, handling invoicing processes, etc.
• Ensure communication and coordination with relevant parties regarding damage processes that may occur during transportation
• Coordinate the payment process with supplier companies in accordance with contract terms
• Monitor the loading and discharge operations of vessels and ensure seamless coordination with internal and external departments of the company
