Reporting to the Logistics & Customer Service Manager, Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing all field operations such as warehousing, distribution, logistics, execution services for a best in class Finished Goods. You will be based in Izmir (or surroundings) and travel to Istanbul HQ office based on the defined schedule. In the first 6 months, minimum 2 days of Istanbul office work is required. After 6 months, weekly or bi-weekly travel would be sufficient based on the 3PL performance and settlement of the processes.
S/he makes sure all operations in the field and execution are handled in most proper and efficient way with full compliance to company guidelines and transparency to all stakeholders.
Logistics Specialist drives cost conscious operations and decision making, manages defined suppliers/vendors with business contingency mindset as well as supports an efficient sourcing.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
3PL & Operations Management
3PL Management and keep in permanent contact with defined service providers in terms of SLA’s, contractual obligations and KPI’s. Coordinate and address all requests that will come from Red Bull commercial, financial and operations teams. Act as a single point of contact when it comes to Finished Goods (FG) operations, stock management, field executions. Responsible for efficient use of the resource and logistic costs monitoring. Implement cost saving programs. Ensure and retain the right balance between service levels of Red Bull partners and related costs incurred. Ensure accuracy of stocks and product age with regular stock reconciliations. Pallet and stock management in the warehouse. Field samples management as per RBHQ guideline. Ensure compliance to the Red Bull quality standards for all finished products (temperatures, humidity, warning & blocking guidelines,….) Ensure product is handled during the full Supply Chain under local control in line with Global Quality standard (traceability, transport and storage). Managing the allocation of products and resources according to defined priorities and strategies. Coordinate transportation services for inbound and outbound shipments, including ground, air, and sea transportation. Track shipments and communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery Ensuring seamless integration and functionality and co-ordination between teams
Project, Data Management and Reporting
Deliver routine daily logistical operations of Finished Goods. Make sure sufficient reporting mechanism and systems in place and fully in use Ensure all KPIs are reported and monitored closely Maintain Systems and Database integrity between 3PL and SAP Document and updated of local processes. Manage projects when necessary
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing and Customer Service of Finished Products in a Multi-National Company
