Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to lead our recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Create and post clear, compelling job descriptions on various platforms.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage offer negotiations and support the pre-boarding process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on digital marketing or eCommerce sectors.
• Strong proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., BambooHR, Video Interview Tools).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Experience in compensation strategy, benefits administration, and payroll management.
