Finance & Operations Specialist

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Engineering, Finance or Business Administration,
• 3+ years Finance experience,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Excellent leadership, team management skills, interpersonal/communication and coordination skills,
• Strategical thinking abilities in terms of business,
• Excellent command of SAP & MS Office applications,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Job Description;

• Supporting the Finance and Operations Manager through the monthly closing process,
• Collaborating closely with all functions in the company to align on month-end closing as well,
• Providing ad-hoc support to the Finance and Operations Manager as needed (not limited to Financial Planning & Analysis, but also in controlling and accounting),
• Supporting the Finance and Operations Manager through and outside of planning cycles, performing forecasting/planning cycles,
• Preparing daily sales report and informing all management about the realization,
• Preparing monthly stock-level report to be shared with all management,
• Working in coordination with Abdi İbrahim Sales Operation Department for AIOP’s products.
