Digit-it is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive / Chat Support Agent to join our team.

Position: Sales Executive / Chat Support Agent
Experience: Freshers to 6 Months Experience
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Ability to manage sales through social media platforms
• Willingness to learn and achieve targets
• Freshers are encouraged to apply

Salary: Starting from PKR 25,000 (based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat support
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Communicate with potential customers via social media platforms
• Maintain good customer relationships
